1. I note that my H&P is improved, especially in HPI part.

The HPI of my new H&P is more organized and clear.

2. My history-taking is improved since I did not miss any related information in my new H&P.

I think I elicited all the important information.

3. As I have said, the HPI of my new H&P is more organized.

And also, I wrote the HPI in a more clear way to list the negative symptoms.

4. I am confident to perform a physical exam.

Of course, I still need to improve my skills.

The strongest area is that I am familiar to the content of the related physical exam that I should perform.

The weakest area is that I need to understand the mechanisms of every test.

5. I would like to practice my skills more in lung, heart and GI systems.

I would like to focus on the patients with positive signs of lung, heart or GI systems.
